Yesterday, I think my neighbour tried to matchmake me with her son @.@

We met in the lift and she asked if I was Hui Lian, so I replied yes, and she told me that her son and my bro were classmates in primary and secondary school and of course, she knows my mum, which wasn't surprising to me cos' lotsa ppl in my block go to river valley and the guys go on to chinese high. Also, my mum knows EVERYBODY in the block haha... then she asked about graduation, which was normal also cos' most of my neighbours ask me that first. After that, she asked me about my age, which I told her, and she started going on about her son being a good age of 27 (same age as my bro) and how he works in a good company which I shan't state here. Then she asked whether I had a bf, and when I replied that I do, she acty went 'oh' disappointedly followed by 'is it serious? Or play play one?' I was like @.@ and told her yes it's a steady relationship... and her reply, "oh haha but then your this age break up also not surprising one lah. When are you free you come down to my house for tea and maybe dinner? I intro my son to you! You all can get to know each other better!" w-e-i-r-d. So I tried to tactfully leave the convo even though my bus wasn't there yet and she was telling me to ask my mum and bro abt her and her son and repeatedly asking me to go down for tea. "Ni xian zai holiday you kong dui mah, lai wo jia zuo zuo la!" @.@ As if I really will.

Haha what a weirdly hilarious incident.
