....so sianz... I was supposed to go down today at 9.30 a.m to wait for tangs to open so that I could be the first customer to welcome benefit to singapore but i juz woke up!!! sobz... nvm i shall go down tml.. tatz what my new job is for, right? so that i could earn enough money to buy their cosmetics... hahaz i still rmb that they were supposed to come last year October instead of this year, so from sept on i was poring over all the fashion magazines and visiting every place in singapore selling cosmetics i could think of but i couldn't find any notice of where it was gonna be and i was so frustrated when i realised that they had changed their arrival date to this year... but nvm, they are here at long last!!! hehez... itz ok, i'll juz go down tml =) oooh i love their cosmetics... i can't wait to get dandelion again!!! after owning my first one ever, i've never been able to stop my addiction... now i dun hafta get it from america, cos' singapore has it!! yay!!! *jumps around and does a dance* but dun worry, I still love mac...I love mac and benefit and make-up store the most!!! and now instead of only mac being in singapore, they are all in singapore!! oohhooo!!!!

ok, on to my new job... itz quite sianz but the people are nice and the work is pretty easy so itz ok... and i'm so impressed with the lab!!! i mean, I kinda always knew laboratories were a rather impressive place, but man oh man u gotta see one to know what i mean.. all the machines and stuff..the medical smell tat permeates the whole place, the people in white lab coats wearing gloves doing their tests efficiently but quickly such that u see the busyness of a market but none of the unruliness... the only thing i dun like is the location.. i mean yeah, itz at bukit merah which is freaking near my hse, but there is no shopping centre or nice restaurants or fastfood places for me to shop/eat during my lunch!!! only a few hawker centres here and there... sighz.... ok, i gotta bathe and prepare to go for work... hahaz my working hrs are 12.30-9.00.. what an odd timing lol but act itz pretty ok, cos' there is always space on the bus cos' they are not the peak hr periods... cheers!

Yesterday, one of the most super duper uber embarrassing thing happened to me! hahaz so me and joce went to watch fantastic four, and what happened was we went to the E row and sat down. Then we realised tat we were seating on seats 10 and 11when our seats were supposed to be 14 and 15, so we thought we muz be in the wrong row. so we squeezed our way back out, then checked and confirmed that yes, we were in the E row, so we decided that the people seating at 14 and 15 were supposed to be seating at 10 and 11 and they sat wrongly, so we squeezed our way back and sat down. Then, two guys came and they were standing at the end of the row looking and discussing fervently, so i took out my ticket and got a gd look at it and realised that shit! we were supposed to be in the D row!!!! so we were like, ohmigod and we expected the guys to ask us to come out and the movie had started and it was so maluating. but what happened was the nice guys juz sat in two empty seats in the D row above us, though they kept coughing and one was gesturing tsk tsk at us hahaz but luckily they were rather amused instead of pissed at us and they were realli very nice! phew... so malu lahz my whole face was on fire!!! hahaz what a traumatic experience. Fantastic four was nice but i felt quite sad at the end cos' the silver sufer died... and he had his own planet of people with his loved one whom he was protecting.. and after all he is a gd (person) although he isn't human cos' hez not from our planet and he did save Susan so well I realli did feel very sad for him. Well, two gurls alone in orchard rd, what else can we do but SHOPPING! hahaz and oh manx did we shop our asses off... i spent abt $270++ in total for the day and joce? hahaz she got 2 pairs of shoes, one new clutch bag and 1 necklace! woohoo! so both of us man3 zai1 er2 gui1 hehez... and i'm so gonna go back for my esprit 3-quarters and levis jeans and novo shoes and converse sneakers! wait for me!!!!!!!!! =)=)

OK!!! Eat back your words ok, cos' I passed my BTT!!! Yippee!!! hehez -hmph- take that! miss charlene chua and miss tyz.. lol... anyway ehz when are the two of you gonna be back from your camp? me very bored!!! -yawnz- hehez
anyway, maybe itz because I dun realli have anything to worry about now, no deadlines to think about and no homework to think about, I've been philosophising quite a lot.. if that is also counted lahz that is.. I've been reflecting on my life a lot and been thinking about a lotta things a lot... and I realised that this world is realli degenerating.. so what if our technology is advancing at an astonishing speed? we as the human race have degenerated have we not? with more polish and superficialities, we seem to also rot faster on the inside. Izzit because we are not that exposed that we ignore the maintainance of the inside, so focused on appearances and trivialities? or izzit because this world has always been like that, itz only because I have only recently transitioned into it? I know not, but I feel as if this world I'm in is a complicated maze that I'm sick and tired of second-guessing. I am sick and tired of expectations followed by disappointment. Maybe my expectations and anticipations were too high, my image of you too good. But from now on, I refuse to be disappointed by you anymore. I refuse to be disappointed and let down by anyone anymore. I'm tired.

I'm so excited about tml! Pray that it will work out!!! pray pray pray... itz been so long...

Watched Dirty Dancing last night, and the story was so beautiful, but so sad... sighz izzit naive of me to still want the happy endings even though i know in reality that does not always happen? when we were young, it was a "love conquers all. As long as the love is great and true, you will get your happily ever after!" As we grow up, we realise that it is not always such a case, that sometimes though the love can be great and pure and true, you will still choose to give it up willingly, cos' of circumstances. Such as in Prime and such as in Dirty Dancing... I was soo sad that i cried cos' i did so want them to conquer all odds and be together in the end! Sometimes some things are just not meant to be i guess... some roads are meant to cross but not link, tangle but not stay entwined... But the one question that sticks out like a sore thumb is: are the mere memories of such an intoxicating interlude enough?

Wednesday was Jiale's b'dae! happy b'dae jiale!!! we started the day at spaggedies at tanglin mall, then went novo and got our havocers flats! yay! then after tt pool at cine and then i went home to take a break, then went out again to go clubbing at zouk, but there were too many ppl!!! so we went to MOS where again the queue was endless... so finally we decided to go brewerkz and drink and chat.. then i slept over at jiale's house in her intrigueing pull-out chair hahaz.. then went to the cathay for pirates of the carribean, which was so damn sad! sobz i cried when dumbass davis jones pierced will turner's heart, then cried again when he had to leave elizabeth swann... sighz so sad... every 10 years... 10 years is so freaking long lahz.. sighz... juz for 1 day... after that went suki for delicious buffet, then my brief and inconsequential date with abi ;) hahaz then pool which i was totally nic's handicap but luckily he was so pro and then home where i munched on all the tidbits that my darling bro brought back from taiwan! yay! yum yum yum!!!
Today went to check out the warehouse sale for zara, fcuk, levis and diesel.. which ended up such a HUGE disappointment cos' the ladies' tops were basically only from zara? other then that, the other brands' clothes were mainly for guys... saw a few tat were so nice that i juz got them for my bro.. luckily they all fit him perfectly fine, and watz better, they look great on him! yay!! sighz then went suntec and realised that my furball flats were GONE!!! -sobz- damn sad lahz should have juz gotten them the last time i saw them instead of trying to be a wise buyer and think over it.. should have realised now is the gss, nothing to think abt, juz raid and attack!!! sobz now my furball flats are GONE!!!!!!!! WAHZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!! then met stace for dinner, but cos' i'm sooo seriously freaking broke, i made her go macs so i could use my ezlink to pay! lol so sorry... luckily tml gonna get my pay from morgan stanley! yippee!!!
