I can't believe that the school is being so strict abt attire and everything. Bleahz.

Anyway, today we had econs tuition where bong, jiale and I were not happi abt being separated from our old class so we are hoping that we can make it on fri so that we can be reunited with super lamo daryl. hahaz. anyway, after the tuition, i walked home as usual. it then kinda started raining a little, and i decided to juz walk in the rain even tho i had an umbrella in my bag. Itz been so long since i walked in the rain. It is cool and refreshing and kinda destressing, juz walking in no hurry with the sky crying on u. Sometimes, it feels like a salve to the soul, a cleansing of wounds, a relaxation in stress. Luckily for me tho, my parents were already in the bedroom napping when i reached home, so they didn't see me, otherwise my mom would probably screech. I took a nice hot bath but forgot to put conditioner. I dearly hope my hair does not frizz up or curl too badly tml morn cos' i wun be bathing in the morn (since i have pe).. and i pigged out today even tho therez height and weight coming up.... -___-""" hahaz...

School day was boring and maths was kinda terrifying for me cos' i didn't do my maths tutorial. I'm prob gonna have the same near-heart-attack tml since i have physics tutorial but i didn't do it. met the havocers for lunch then shopped at orchard while bong and jiale had archery meeting. After that we went for tuition.

The past few days i haven been in a gd mood and have sorta lost my appetite (except prob last night in pastamania where i got so angry that i juz kept poking the food and shoving it into my mouth. I tink yuxin was seriously afraid that i was gonna crack their plate and they were gonna ask me to pay for it.) Anyway, sweet bong wrote me a very sweet card and today she gave me a pair of earrings that she made herself. I can't describe exactly how touched i was. I realli feel grateful to God that i have such wonderful friends. I tink that of all my 50+ pairs of earrings, i like this pair the most, cos' itz one that couldn't be bought and that was made with the heart. =)

Bong gave me back the CD that i passed to her to put all the pix that we took on our countdown outing and the video that she took of the fireworks. What surprised me when i saw it juz now was that there was another file titled "madness". I realised that she had gone an extra step beyond writing me a message on a damn cute postcard and making earrings for me... she gave me a presentation slide abt how one shldn't allow setbacks to hinder our way to finding true happiness in life. Every single slide seemed as if it was directed straight at me. Hahaz... the powerpoint prez was juz so beautiful. Hahaz trust bong to offer support outright and then boost it with sth so subtle.

New year's coming, new year's coming... i can't wait to eat all the new year goodies... *yum yum yum*

Happy new year everybody!!!!!
Hahaz anyway this year was welcomed with sorta a bang! On Sat, boon, charl, bong and i went to jiale's hse where we had fun taking photos and playing mahjong and eating and chatting! Boon owes us all prezzies! hahaz.. charl gave me choc for x'mas and a bracelet from sabah.. she only had one day to shop and yet she cared enough to get us all gifts! jiale gave me earrings and sweets from shanghai, and bong gave me earrings and a card for x'mas and a fluffy pen from taiwan.. i left all these prezzies in jiale's hse cos' my bag was too small, so i hope jiale will rmb to bring them to sch tml for me! And I loved all my prezzies! Thanx darlins! at least there are ppl who care enough to gimme souvenirs... anyway after that boon and charl and bong and i went to heartland mall where we ate delifrance and chatted.. then we went to join jiale at her cousin's party and played cards while we ate roasted marshmallows and chicken and sausages and chocolate and satay and that thing which i tink could be steak wound around onions. They were all fantabulously delicious!!! yum yum... then bong and charl and jiale and i went to esplanade for the countdown party! boon couldn't go cos' her mom didn't allow *sighz*.. anyway, after much jostling and squeezing, we got to watch the wonderful, beautiful fireworks which we all agreed made all the hard work worthwhile.. then we all called boon on the phone to wish her happi new year!!!! yay!!! so in a way we ushered in the new year with her! hahaz... after that we decided to hang around to see for ourselves what the night life is like, then go east coast for sun rise, but jiale's parents wanted her to stay in town, so we all decided to stay in town cos' it wouldn't have been so fun without her! we wanted to go and sit down in the fullerton restaurant but it was reserved for in-house guests :( but it wasn't a complete loss cos' we all took pix with a beautiful rolls royce that we saw in the fullerton car park! then we walked down boat quay where we got sprayed by ppl with their snow cans!!!! arrrggghh!!! then we found this seafood restaurant and had bbq sting ray and bean curd on hot plate... *yum yum* the food was nice but so measly! sighz.. anyway the waitors and waitresses were very nice to us! they gave each of us glow-in-the-dark bangles! hahaz they muz have done so cos' we were so loveable! anyway, sitting next to us was this very nice brit couple who are in s'pore for holiday. they were very nice and the man was very cute, esp when he talked abt shopping and newcastle(where they are from). They helped us to take photos and we helped them to take photos. After that, we walked around and bought a pack of cards from 7-11 and went to mac to play! we did the fortune-telling thing again and this time my results weren't as nice as the first time i played where my results were as perfect as they can get.. hahaz... anyway after mac we went to square at the oub centre( or sth like tat) and sat down to play cards and chat and play truth or truth. hahaz it was so fun!!! there were also a lotta ppl there, i tink ppl who have finished clubbing and went there to hang out and play and stuff.. in fact, we did see the nightlife where there were drunk ppl (even to the extent of zonkin out on the sidewalk) and stuff.. yeah.. anyway early sunday morn we went 7-11 to eat instant noodles for brkfst (mine were soooo spicy i felt like running my 2.4 after eating them!) then we went home.. yay! hahaz where i promptly regretted eating the instant noodles cos' i couldn't eat the yummy wanton noodles cos' i was full... then i slept the whole of yesterday! hahaz...
these hols have been fun but unproductive cos' i didn't touch any books at all... i resolve to work very hard this year... i'm not aiming for s papers anymore cos' i dun tink i can achieve that anyway, but i'll aim for 4 'A's for my 'A' level... i know i can do it.. i juz need to focus... and i will focus... i will... my new year resolutions:
- I will focus and study hard
- I will lose weight
- I will put all the bad stuff that happened last year behind me. Last year was screwed up for me. This year will be diff. I will rock this year.

I love my friends. I love havocers.

One question that came up during truth or truth:
If u were to die tml, what are the 3 things u will do today?
My ans: I will go and take a boat ride in Venice, I will have a shopping frenzy in Paris, and most imptly, I will bring them with me to eiffel tower to watch sunset and then i will die.

My friends are so impt to me. I love them all.
This year will be a great year. I am walking away from the troubles of last year. I have to. They have been pulling me into the whirlpool of depression for so long. itz time for me to let go. Itz time for me to walk away.

The hardest part about walking away from you is knowing you won't come after me.
